REFUND POLICY

Recause my whipped tallow products are handmade personal care items, all sales are final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Each product is made in small batches, and I appreciate your understanding.

Please review all product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before ordering. I’m happy to answer any questions or help you choose the right product before you purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I will work with you to resolve it promptly.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Everyone’s skin is different. Please review ingredients carefully and perform a patch test prior to full use. I’m unable to issue refunds for skin reactions or sensitivities.
